I would like to share something I practice and has really helped me in developing a better life style.  I am sure it will help you improve your physical and mental health.

  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
  4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
  6. Play more games.
  7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
  8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  9. Sleep for 7 hours.
  10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

  1. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  2. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
  3. Don’t over do. Keep your limits.
  4. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
  5. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
  6. Dream more while you are awake.
  7. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
  8. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
  9. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.
  10. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.
  11. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
  12. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
  13. Smile and laugh more.
  14. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

Society:

  1. Spend time with your family often.
  2. Each day give something good to others.
  3. Forgive everyone for everything.
  4. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
  5. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
  6. What other people think of you is none of your business.
  7. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:

  1. Do the right thing!
  2. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.
  3. GOD heals everything.
  4. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
  5. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
  6. The best is yet to come.
  7. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
  8. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

Love your healthy living physical and mental well being post. This should be posted on every office wall and promoted as rules to live your life by:-)

Thats great, i had a look at your site and i must say you have some really good quality content out there.

I stumbled upon this blog and I think your words are very enlightening. Please keep doing what your doing because this world need more people with words like yours. Please check my blog that I write just recently on Word Press when you get a chance.

The human body with all it's splendor, creativity, and limitless wisdom, has many "can't afford to miss daily routines". Despite our ability to advance technology and fix the economy, we seem to have dropped the ball on the "can't afford to miss daily routine" of showering and moisturizing our bodies.

We all have some sort of annual budget subconsciously allocated for things like "seasonal name brand clothes" and "fancy restaurant meals" but not much attention to detail is placed on finding out what ingredients are in our "everyday usage bath & body skincare products". Have you ever noticed that the moment you get out of the shower your skin feels very dry, which then leads you to automatically apply lotion? Some will say it's because of the water, but is it really just that simple?

The truth of the matter is, the inexpensive five pack of bar soap that you love to throw in the shopping cart along with the inexpensive bottle of lotion that tags along is not really your friend and further more, these same soaps and lotions were not designed to work together to save you money.

These "mass produced basic popular skincare products" were designed for you to consume as much of it as possible in a relatively short period of time, then return for a refill and do it all over again. Now don't get me wrong, if the ingredients used in these products were beneficial for your long term health, then everything would be fine but that is to the contrary.

The good news is, "A Forward Thinking Company" named ARDNIBody NATURALS did all this research and have compiled everything all in one place. Now we can all learn for ourselves and do something about it.

For improving our lives the knowledge of a proper diet and information about the nutritional value of foods are the primary requirements for a person to know and follow. Hence when we understand clearly the things required for a healthy living and the benefits achieved we can make an effort to improve our quality of lifestyle. People are aware of the negative effects of smoking, drugs, tobacco intake which not only harms your health but slowly diverts you towards death.
