As you rightly pointed out its important to identify areas to outsource in the entire recruitment cycle. I believe one should start with more labour intensive and less critical areas like sourcing and once there is comfort level in delivery further processes can be outsourced.   </description>

		<description>Nice post and good blog - the outsourcing of non core processes like payroll is a no brainer but parts of the recruitment area is a critical  process and has to be matched to strategic HRM needs. OK for initial identification and personality testing  but selection and assessment and match is something that should be kept in-house.
